Edward’s Lake opened in 2023 as Norton Disney’s first dedicated exclusive booking water. Open to a maximum of 4 anglers, the lake is tailored to groups of anglers looking to have some fantastic social fishing. The lake is situated in a secluded location and is approximately 4.5 acres in size.
The smallest fish are twenty pounders and the biggest are well into the upper thirty bracket. We have lightly test fished the lake with phenomenal results, and since opening there have been fantastic hits of big carp coming to the anglers, with numerous carp caught to over 38lb and around half of the fish caught being around the 30lb mark!

You can either book a three-night weekend session from 11am Thursday to 10am Sunday for £640 or a four-night midweek session which runs from 11am Sunday to 10am Thursday for £640.
There are large double/treble swims on each bank to make it sociable for the anglers.
Exclusive fishing venue.
Meet at the lodge from 10.30am to be escorted and shown around the venue prior to fishing.
Weekend bookings are from 11am Thursday to 10am Sunday – £640.
Midweek bookings are from 11am Sunday to 10am Thursday for £640.
All under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. If the responsible adult is not fishing, there is no charge.
Important notice’s – Zero tolerance.
Please familiarise yourself with the full set of rules prior to attending site. If any of these are broken you will be asked to leave without warning, which
may result in a ban at the bailiffs discretion:
- 10MPH speed limit around site.
- No fishing without final balance paid.
- Barbless Hooks ONLY.
- You can bring your own FREEZER boilies and hookbaits, but all other permitted baits MUST be purchased from site (1st April – 31st October).
- From 1st Nov – 31st March you can bring your own FRESH particle.
- Bait boats ARE permitted on Edwards lake ONLY.
- Unloading/Loading behind swims only (Max 1 hour). All vehicles must be
parked in car park when unloaded. - Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times.
- BBQ must be cleaned after use.
- All fish over 30lb during opening hours you must notify fishery staff.
- Any fish over 40lb you must notify fishery staff on the emergency number located at the lodge outside of opening hours. Inside opening hours, call the
fishery phone. - No Sacking OR retaining of fish unless instructed by fishery staff.
- All 40lb+ fish must stay in the water at all times.
- No drones unless previously agreed with fishery staff.
- Bivvys in swims only, no Bivvys on the grass.
- Do not walk in roped off areas or cut through long grass.
- No driving when the fishery is closed (See Opening Hours).
- All facilities and swims are to be kept clean during and after use.
- All Spombs must have a float.
- You MUST use the fisheries Nets, Mats and Slings.
- Bailiffs word is FINAL.
- ALL LITTER IS TO BE TAKEN HOME AND DISPOSED OF RESPONSIBLY. ANY ANGLERS LEAVING LITTER ON SITE WILL NOT BE WELCOME BACK.

- ATTENTION WIVES/PARTNERS. Gift vouchers are available to purchase for the angler in your life! Simply call the fishery on the above number and pay for the required length of session. You will then be emailed the voucher which can be redeemed only by the angler named on the voucher.
