There are two lakes on site at Norman Cross; a carp lake of approximately 7 acres and a general coarse lake of around 4 acres.

The carp lake holds in the region of 300 carp which have been caught to just shy of 30lb during the limited amount of test fishing that has been done since we took control of the lakes. The bulk of the stock is made up of smaller fish in the 10-15lb bracket but there are numerous twenties present too so all in all, a good bet for a bend in the rod with the chance of a better fish.⁣

⁣The coarse lake is still very much in the development stage so will be receiving more stock over the coming months and years which will turn it into a lovely, fun, mixed fishery where you never know what the next bite could bring but for now, the bulk of the fish are made up of smaller carp and silver fish.
