Embryo Angling Habitats was founded in summer 2014 by Korda Developments owner Danny Fairbrass.
Embryo has two functions.
Firstly to buy and lease our own fisheries. Our venues will be fenced from predation, and run as affordable fisheries with local anglers in mind. We will also have a focus on helping young anglers access the many benefits that angling can offer. Any profits will be reinvested into the next project.
Secondly to help others protect their lakes from the increasing threat of predation. We have fenced numerous lakes over 2015-2016. As well as using our own funds to fence lakes, we also offer a cut price fencing service. This is viable long term project where the maximum amount of angling clubs and syndicates can benefit from the service.
Embryo is focused on the future of the sport, we have a close relationship with numerous stakeholders; Angling Trust, PAG and UK Wild Otter Trust. Through work with these and independently Embryo looks at alternative methods of predation prevention.
